Academy of Arts and Sciences youth basketball program
A check presentation for ACAS, a non-profit organization, by Community Corporation director David Tydingco was held on Friday 28th April 2017 at Tamuning Gym.
“We are proud to work with ACAS and GuamBasketball.com’s youth basketball programs at Tamuning Gym,” stated Tydingco. ACAS a non-profit organization has been working with Guam youths since 2005 promoting the sport of basketball.
Tydingco goes on to say that ACAS has demonstrated in the past 13 years its commitment and dedication in keeping our youths off the street promoting physical wellness in an organized and safe environment.
ACAS, volunteer coaches and participants were present to receive the grant by Tydingco that will be applied towards equipment purchase for their youth basketball program.
